We welcome quiet, non-aggressive dogs that are housebroken, and well behaved as not to disturb other guests. All dog guests must be completely free of fleas and ticks, be clean, well groomed and up to date on shots and vaccinations. In order to ensure a happy experience for all of our hotel guests, dogs must not be left in the room alone at any time or under any circumstances. If you anticipate a period of time when you will not have your dog with you, our staff can assist you in making arrangements for your pet to be supervised. Guests are responsible for their well behaved pet s activities in and outside of the room while at the Hotel Avante. While in the public areas of the Hotel Avante, pets must be on a lead or in their owners keeping at all times. Complimentary pet pick ups are included for your convenience. Please take our other guests into consideration. Should your pet become disruptive, please excuse yourselves until they demonstrate a more appropriate behavior. Pets are not allowed on the furniture/bed in the guestrooms or the public areas. Guests must notify us upon booking a reservation whether a pet will be joining them so the appropriate room can be prepared for arrival. All guests accompanied by their pets will be asked to sign a pet policy upon check-in.

Pet Policy:
One pet is accepted per guest room. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests with a pet will be charged upon check-in a fee of $25 per day, up to a maximum of $150. The guest room carpet is cleaned, all bedding is washed, and a professional exterminator treats the room after a guest with a pet checks out. Occupied guest rooms with pets are similarly cleaned monthly in the event of a long-term stay. Please note that there is no longer a weight restriction for pets.
