In its heyday, it boasted 28 rooms, a cantina and a mercantile store. Today the gentle courtyard is a peaceful retreat of dancing sunlight, shady portals and a dazzling, ever-changing display of flowers. A hearty, palate-pleasing breakfast is served in the sun-splashed courtyard in the summer, and in front of a crackling kiva fireplace in the winter. A different menu greets guests each day with entrees such as decadent waffles, sumptuous egg casseroles with a taste of the delicious New Mexican green chile, and a knock-out bread pudding that sends everyone back for more.
